1. 2008 Season Pass is valid for the entire 2008 Summer Season. 2. This Season Pass grants a revocable license to the holder for Grounds Admission as well as use of attractions (subject to age/height/time restrictions) on any regularly scheduled day of operation during the entire 2008 Summer Season. 3. Parking, food, merchandise, games, concerts, Cinesphere special screenings, CNE rides and attractions and separately ticketed events and shows are not included in the Season Pass price. This pass is also not valid for admission to areas not open to the general public or requiring a separate admission fee. 4. The pass is valid for only one visit per day and access may be denied at any time for safety or capacity reasons. 5. All hours and operating schedules are subject to change without notice and all attractions or events are subject to closing or cancellation due to weather conditions. 6. Pass holder must re-enter attraction entry queue after each use. 7. The pass may not be used with any other promotional offer unless specifically designated for Season Pass holders. 8. This Season Pass is non-transferrable and non-refundable and remains the property of Ontario Place Corporation. 9. Use of the pass by anyone other than the designated holder will result in confiscation of the pass without refund and ejection from the premises. 10. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to obtain their pass. 11. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult to obtain their pass and upon each visit. 12.Management reserves the right to revoke a pass at any time without refund if misused, abused, or if the holder fails to abide by the policies, rules and regulations of Ontario Place Corporation. 13. The holder of this pass agrees to the posted regulations and conditions of use and grants Ontario Place Corporation permission to use his or her photographic/video image in advertising or other promotions without payment or valuable consideration. 14. Pass must be presented at the admission gates upon each visit without exception or full admission and attraction fees will apply. A non-refundable $20 fee shall be charged for replacement passes and only one replacement per holder will be permitted (proof of ID required). 15.
