Toronto In-Water Boat Show
The 9th annual Toronto In-Water Boat Show
is the Ontario’s largest in-water
boat show. Attendees can get a first glance
at new boat models for 2008, purchase current
models at reduced prices, check out marine
accessories, gifts, nautical clothing and
footwear, write the Pleasure Craft Operator
Card Test, enjoy a free boat ride at the
Discover Boating Centre, and much more.

Dave Mercer's Facts of Fishing for Kids
Day is designed to be a fun-filled introduction
to Canada's great family past time - the
sport of fishing. All children will be rewarded
with a gift pack supplied by event sponsors
for simply partaking in the day's activities.
Not only will the participants walk away
with a t-shirt, gift pack to remember their
great day, but we will also have our on-staff
photographer to take pictures of each of
the kids with their catch that will be printed
and ready to pick up free of charge at the
end of their day.

Chinese Lantern Festival

The Rogers Chinese Lantern Festival continues,
and you don’t want to miss it! It
features 40 large-scale lanterns, as well
as 2,000 traditional art lanterns that will
light up the park each evening throughout
the rest of the season. There will also
be live entertainment, a traditional Chinese
marketplace offering a variety of Chinese
cuisine, arts and crafts, and a karaoke
stage. The event will take place 5pm to
10pm from Thursday to Sunday starting September
6. Tickets range from $20 to $25, depending

Time: 12:45pm, 2:15pm and 3:45pm
Markus concert performances are a blend
of boundless energy mixed with joy and warmth
as he sings about the joy of music, family,
and friendship. Involving and engaging the

concert is a fun-filled session of original
music and humorous anecdotes that capture
a child’s imagination. Shows are included
