The Ontario Place Guaranteed Weather Pass comes into effect when:

It rains continuously for one hour during park operating hours.

And you have...

Purchased a Toronto Star Play All Day Pass®.

It is not...

Applicable for Grounds Admission, single attractions or Cinesphere tickets.

How do you claim your Ontario Place Guaranteed Weather Pass?

When leaving Ontario Place, visit the Guest Services Pavilion outside Centre Entrance or Guest Services West to exchange your valid ticket stub for a Guaranteed Weather Play All Day Pass®. The Guaranteed Weather Pass must be claimed on date of original visit up to one hour after the park closes and is valid for any one visit during the 2009 operating season. Beginning September 6th you will receive a Guaranteed Weather Play All Day Pass® valid for 2009 or 2010.

What if I am part of a group or picnic?

Your group leader will receive your Ontario Place Guaranteed Weather Play All Day Passes®; please do not attempt to claim a pass when you leave Ontario Place.
