Inside the Park - Guest Services Centre

Located just inside Centre Entrance, the Guest Services Centre provides access to amenities such as an ATM, the First Aid Station, wheelchairs, wheelchair accessible washrooms, and Toronto Star Play All Day Pass®/Canadian Family Play All Summer Pass upgrades. Visit our knowledgeable Guest Services staff for information on daily park activities, special events and attractions.

Wheelchairs
Available at Guest Services Centre on a first-come, first-serve basis (no reservations accepted). Photo ID and credit card imprint deposit required.

Strollers
Available at Centre Gift Shop on a first-come, first-serve basis (no reservations accepted). Photo ID and credit card imprint deposit required.

Nursing
Nursing Mothers are welcome to nurse their children anywhere throughout the park.

Baby Care & Nursing Stations
There are 2 Baby Care Stations available as a quiet spot to change or nurse your children. They are located at Microkids on the West Island and ouside Heritage Square. The First Aid Station at Centre Entrance if it is available.

Lost and Found
Located at the Security Office (West Entrance). Call 416-314-9977.

Missing Person
Speak immediately to any Ontario Place staff person or an attendant at Guest Services Centre.

Lockers
Lockers are located at the Centre Entrance and Soak City.

ATMs
Automated Banking Machines are located throughout the park.
