Are dogs/rollerblades/scooters/bikes allowed on the grounds?
No. In the interest of safety and park cleanliness, please leave them at home. For information regarding service animals please click here. There are bike racks located outside of Centre entrance to accommodate guests who bike to the park. Bike racks are available on a first come first serve basis.

Age and height restrictions vary and are posted at each activity; review them here.

Are there lockers available?
Yes. Lockers are available around the park grounds, including Soak City, for a $2.00 per entry fee. Loonies only. Lockers are for one-time use only.

Are coolers allowed on site?
Yes. Picnic tables are placed around the grounds. Propane and other barbeque / grilling devices are not permitted on site or in parking lots.

Does my Molson Canadian Amphitheatre concert ticket include Grounds Admission?
Yes, Grounds Admission on the day of the concert is included in the price of your concert ticket. Parking and attractions are not included with your Molson Canadian Amphitheatre ticket. Guests attending a concert at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre can upgrade to a Toronto Star Play All Day Pass® at any Guest Services location for an additional fee.

What's included with Grounds Admission?
Any public events and entertainment is included. Access to Froster™ Soak City®, Ontario Place rides and attractions, the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre, and special event areas (i.e.PODs) are not included.

What does the Toronto Star Play All Day Pass® include?

Does my Grounds Admission or Toronto Star Play All Day Pass® include the use of the CNE Midway rides?
No. The CNE Midway rides are not included, however, access to the CNE / Exhibition grounds is included with Ontario Place Grounds Admission.

What is the best time to go to the Guest Services Pavilion to be processed for my 2010 Canadian Family Play All Summer pass?
Season pass processing is predominantly at its busiest during weekends and special event days. We strongly encourage all guests to process their passes on weekdays in June between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm or two hours prior to the park closing.

What should I do if I park in Automated Parking Lot 1 (near west entrance) but have a $5 off parking voucher?
Please proceed to the Guest Services Pavilion for assistance.
