All Ontario Place entrances are wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking is available at the West Entrance and in the north-east corner of Lot #1.
Ontario Place’s Accessible Guest Service Policy, Procedures and Practices have been developed to fulfill the requirements stipulated in Ontario Regulation 429/07, Accessibility Standards for Customer Service. This document, required by the Customer Service Standard is available to Guests upon request.

Patrons wishing to purchase tickets in advance for the wheelchair area can call Group Sales

416-314-9933 to purchase tickets without service charges.
Tickets may also be purchased
at the Ontario Place Box Office.
Ontario Place's Disability Policy
Ontario Place's disability policy allows a caregiver accompanying a Guest with a disability one (1) complimentary Toronto Star Play All Day Pass® with the purchase of a Grounds or Toronto Star Play All Day® admission. Please visit any of our Guest Services locations for further information.
